Yes KL does offer a lot. Met Andrew a few years back, he's a big fan of the city (obviously).
On our recent trip, partner and I did similar to what he speaks of in this video; can have a cheap and easy meal in a food hall for lunch, and eat on level 40 at KLCC in a fine dining Italian restaurant that evening. KL has all on offer.
